Tourist trap. Well and comfortably furnished but expensive food with tough meat and lukewarm soup. Annoying loud pop radio music with constant talk by the moderators from large speakers instead of cozy Erzgebirge music. Moody and not passionate service. Tip: avoid !!!!

You can eat great here! I was there for a snack in between and had therefore only ordered one children's portion. Nice service and friendly staff. Super short waiting times and a fair price round off the result nicely. The food was delicious and there were clean toilets included. Highly recommended!

We haven't been to Schellerhau for over 20 years. Some things have changed, but still nice, relative calm and healthy air. Also delicious food and nice hosts and don't forget the friendly service!

Homemade egg pancake was good!

We celebrated our son's start of school here on August 29, 2020. It was decorated first class, a lot of effort was made to cover everything nicely, the food was wonderful and all guests raved we always like to come to the Bergklause with our family celebrations 😊 keep it up!

Perfect, great service, great ambience, rustic restaurant, great cuisine. Just crazy.

We liked it very much. The food was typically Erzgebirge and was very tasty. Price / performance ratio completely okay. Fast service and comfortable seating. We will be back definitely .

The food is good, but customer friendliness is a foreign word. The pricing policy should also be reconsidered in terms of customer loyalty. I.e. Prices for special requests should be communicated in advance. How can it be that a portion of fried potatoes with mushrooms is twice as expensive as a schnitzel with fried potatoes and mushrooms. Or why is a child's portion of pasta twice as expensive when a few more pasta are put on it? The service was unfortunately not willing to compromise. Unfortunately we will not recommend this restaurant.

Food came unexpectedly quickly, was very good, unfortunately the chef's super performance is messed up with the pampy service, to put it bluntly, was collected at 7.40 p.m., guests who came at 7.15 p.m. were sent from the courtyard because 7.30 p.m. The kitchen closes and closes at 8:00 p.m. I understand the end of the day, it is normal here in the area, but that you will not be received an hour before, so I recommend the Bärenfelser Stübl, we have never experienced anything like this, on the contrary, take an example .

The landlady is very friendly and accommodating. We were sent away in other restaurants because we were not guests to the house. In the mountain hermitage we would receive a friendly welcome. And our wishes were implemented uncomplicated. The food is very delicious. Compliments to the chef ... We will be back.
